Massage Donation Request Form A Note About Massage Donations: On any given business day, Kneaded Energy receives an average of 2 calls, requesting massage, at no charge.
The requests support very worthy causes like; raffles for charity events or non profit organizations, fundraisers to fight against cancer and other diseases, care for the caregiver, employee appreciation days and community events. Kneaded Energy is committed to giving massage to the community. We currently provide over 500 hours and thousands of massages, each year, for the Greensboro community on a volunteer basis. We feel it is our responsibility to share our gifts and talents with the community.
The federal government requires that we pay our massage therapists for any massage work they perform. This includes company sponsored volunteer services. For this reason, we estimate that approximately $4-6.00 of every fully priced, fully paid massage, goes to fund our community outreach. Each time we offer a discount, special or price reduction, we jeopardize the extent of our community budget and outreach.
Please, if you would like to donate to our community outreach, don't hesitate to call us. Any donations toward community outreach are appreciated. We can tell you for which event(s) we used your donation or you can request which specific event you want to sponsor. For an additional fee, we can provide a banner with your name, company or organization as our sponsor. If you are seeking free massage for your event, we will consider those organizations first who:
1) Are financially contributing clients of Kneaded Energy, or whose employees are contributing clients of Kneaded Energy.
2) Will offer a partial contribution to cover our costs or to those who are willing to apply and qualify for grant funding through the Massage Therapy Foundation, and
3) Will consider an offer of in-kind products or services in exchange for our massage services (this can include things like: advertising, sponsorships, mammograms, bone density tests, teeth cleaning, eye exams, gas cards, oil changes, free checking, fast food or restaurant gift cards, printing, movie tickets, etc).
We finalize our budget in November/December of each year. If you would like to be considered for 100% donation of services, please submit your request no later than November 1st. Others will be considered on an as needed basis. Thank you. Please fill out the form below so that we may contact
