CONVENTIONS AND TRADE SHOW MASSAGE SERVICES
There is not a Convention or Trade Show event too large or too small. We can contract with 100 massage therapists or 1 massage therapist. If you need massage, we can provide it. Massage is a proven way to attract visitors to your special event, clients to your booth, improve focus, increase analytical function and decision making, all the while offering a relaxing, even playing field that encourages conversation and communication. There are 1000's of companies competing for the same attention of the attendees at a convention, the same sales dollars, and the same clients. The same old booth attractions like models, bands, caricature artists or giveaways don't keep them around as long as you would like. Massage creates traffic, energy, excitement, productivity, crowds and appreciation.
For Convention Settings, we typically are provided a booth or separate designated space to set up our chairs and equipment. Access to electrical is required in order to provide music and air movement. The equipment used for chair massage is a specially designed portable massage chairs of the highest quality. Chair massage does not require any disrobing or use of messy oils. Portable massage tables can be used in lieu of or in conjunction with massage chairs.

Examples of how clients have utilized massage for their event:
- National Massage Network was contracted by a nationally syndicated Apartment Rental Publication to provide massage at a statewide housing convention. National Massage Network was contracted to hire five massage therapists to provide massage for the housing convention attendees and pass out sales information about the national apartment rental publication to each massage recipient.
- National Massage Network was contracted by a furniture accessory distributor during the International Furniture Market to provide massage at the International Furniture Convention Building. The furniture accessory distributor had 5000 Free 10 Minute Massage Tickets printed and available in their showroom. The massage therapists were located in another showroom booth. In order to receive the free massage you were required to visit the furniture accessory distributor’s showroom and place an order sometime during the week. Each company that placed an order received a massage ticket for each of their employees. The furniture accessory distributor took advantage of their situation, they had 2 separate places to advertise their business, generate interest, and create a record number of continuous sales throughout the week.
- National Massage Network was contracted by a national health screening company to provide massage at a local company. The local company was providing a series of free medical tests for their employees to help lower insurance premiums for the company. Each employee that voluntarily received 4 medical screening tests was awarded a free ticket for massage.
- National Massage Network was contracted to provide massage at a company’s annual sales and marketing event. 500 attendees were scheduled to attend the event over a period of 2 days. After the opening night award presentation, NMN was contracted to employ 5 massage therapists to provide 10 minute massages to the company’s award recipients at the following reception.

Our therapists are professionally trained, licensed and insured. Our therapists come uniformed and well-groomed. Our team will always arrive prepared and on-time.
For 1st time customers, we request payment on or before the 1st day of service. We accept corporate credit cards and company checks. Our payment terms are payable on receipt. Massage Therapists are paid for direct billable hours, therefore we have a non-negotiable 24 hour cancellation policy. Less than 24 hours notice will require full and complete payment of services.
