Managing Common Conditions with Gerald Shean, LMBT The purpose of the Managing Common Conditions coursework is to assist therapists in utilizing tools already available to them to structure specific protocol for the treatment of common, everyday conditions. Therapists will work with assessment tools of observation, consultation and palpation. And work with a varied of modalities such as trigger point therapy, myofascial release and joint mobilization.
There are 5 parts to Managing Common Conditions. Gerald will take time at the beginning of each class to refresh the participants with protocol before starting into the specific work of that class portion, this will allow the students to join the course at any level. Each part of the course addresses different aspects of the body, for instance shoulder protocol, hip stabilization, etc.
